If you've ever walked the Camino de Santiago, you'll recognise this one instantly, sold on every corner of Santiago de Compostela's old town.
We follow the tradition started by Casa Mora and mark the top with the cross of Santiago, which, though a relatively new custom, already feels inseparable to many locals.
The flavour is simple and honest: the almond takes centre stage, reminiscent of a macaron shell, with gentle hints of lemon and a whisper of cinnamon.
