Refund policy

At Lar Bakery, all our products are freshly made to order with care and attention. As a small home bakery, we are committed to providing high-quality bakes and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their experience.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been collected or delivered, we are unable to take the items back.

Refunds

We only offer refunds in the unlikely event that the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or does not match your order. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the problem. We will assess the situation and may offer a partial or full refund, or a replacement, at our discretion.

Cancellations

Because we bake to order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.
