A true Spanish classic. This thick, velvety custard is gently infused with the comforting flavours of cinnamon and lemon, the same notes found in many traditional Spanish desserts. Each piece is lightly coated, fried until beautifully golden, and finished with a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
It's such a classic that it's one of only two puddings my grandmother knows how to make. Doesn't that say it all?
